How it works

Insights Discovery is a simple and accessible four colour model that helps us to understand others and ourselves. Every person has all four colour energies within them; it is the combination of these energies, which creates each unique personality. Our colour energies refer to a set of characteristics that tend to be our most preferred or most natural way to be.

It starts with completing an online evaluator that generates each individual Discovery Personal Profile. This is a powerful tool that can be used to resolve conflict, improve communication and help teams to see the value in each other’s contribution and can be used in both a 1:2:1 coaching or in a workshop setting.
